I’m devoted to databases since 1996.

Starting with cautious attempts to fix errors caused by a buggy frontend program in the Foxpro /later MS Access backend, i became very fond of the possibilities modern relational databases provide.

In 1999 I began working with Oracle Database, developing PL/SQL top notch workflows and reports for a facility management solution.

Since then I continuously improved my database skills.

I am well experienced in all aspects of Database Administration, such as Database installation – Database migration – Database upgrade – Performance Tuning – Backup and Recovery – Reporting – SQL Tuning – Database security and hardening.
